However I attended a party where Corinna catered for about 50 people and I was so impressed with the food I hired her for a sit down meal for 30 at our home. She was very responsive on the e-mails, and worked with my 80-year-old mother on the menu (it was a birthday party for my parents).
"The food was amazing. We started with a soup, which was served to everyone. Then the main course was served via buffet. We had two meat dishes, vegetables and salad. The combination of meat, vegetables and salad were perfect, the flavours all blended appropriately. Almost everyone there asked me if she had a business card because they were so impressed with the quality of the food. There was food left over, although almost everyone went for second helpings. Her presentation was excellent, from the soup to the food on the buffet.
"She has an interesting background, undergraduate degree in science and then on to SAIT for the chef training. She was very good to the grandchildren who were serving drinks to the guests. One of the things that really impressed me was she arrived an hour before the meal, and with little effort had everything put together. When she cleaned up it was like she had never been there. At this point she is the only caterer I will use again."
